We build, own, manage, and rent out municipal business premises and rental housing in Strängnäs municipality, a dynamic idyll in strong expansion in the center of the Mälar region. With double tracks to Stockholm, communication and construction are increasing.

Strängnäs Fastighets AB and Strängnäs Bostads AB are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Strängnäs municipality with a total portfolio of approximately 288,000 sqm of premises and housing. We want to be a good landlord for all our tenants and offer good business premises and housing with a high level of service.

For several years, we have actively worked to develop our organization and our work processes to create a positive workplace with clear and simple working methods. Today, we are about 100 employees working with maintenance, administration, property development, cleaning, and property management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to work in a service role where you make a difference for people every day? Do you enjoy customer contact, responsibility, and variety in your work? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

You will often be the first point of contact and thus an important representative of the brand. Your main tasks involve answering customer inquiries, providing information about services and products, receiving orders and service requests. There will also be case management and feedback to colleagues and customers. Furthermore, you will play an important role in administering move-ins and move-outs in our housing as well as key and access management.

Our customers usually contact us via phone, email, and visits. Personal contact and service are important to us, and in your role, you will work daily to create a good relationship with our customers and contractors.

To succeed in the role, you need to be used to handling cases from start to finish. To provide good service, you need to manage cases in an efficient and structured manner. This also requires that you have good collaboration skills and that you can quickly find solutions to various problems that may arise. In your contact with our customers, you need to be able to explain, answer, and convey information in a pedagogical way.

QUALIFICATIONS

No matter what background you have, it is important that you enjoy working with people and are good at providing service!

To thrive in the role, we believe you are solution-oriented and have the ability and willingness to help people. You are communicative and can explain things in a pedagogical way. In your role, you will come into contact with tenants, contractors, consultants, employees, and other stakeholders, which requires good communication skills with people at different levels in both spoken and written Swedish.

You see things from the positive side and are meticulous in your work. You will go far if you are service-oriented and have a good customer approach. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. This means you have a good demeanor and a good sense of touch in contact with other people. You are a confident and independent person who does not compromise on quality and is professional in your interactions with people you meet in your work.

Competence Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Positive person with a driven and solution-oriented attitude
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
• Basic computer skills
• Experience from a service profession
• Some property technical knowledge or experience from the real estate industry
• Manual B driving license

Meritorious

If you have worked in a similar role before and have experience working in a municipal property company. Knowledge of multiple languages and experience with RCO access systems.

The position is full-time and permanent with a 6-month probationary period. Monthly salary according to collective agreement.
